The relocation-programme problem
Orientation, home-search, school-search, and settling-in programmes for executives relocating to India are contrasted with the old workflow: browser print dialogs, inconsistent PDFs, work lost on refresh, and no mobile experience for assignees.
One connected platform
The film introduces Itinerary Maker for consultants, Trip Hub for assignees, and branded PDFs. Focused editor and live document
Five editor beats show Brief, People, Programme, Logistics, and Content tabs; a live WYSIWYG preview with IKAN Classic, Executive, and Warm Earth themes; assignee and consultant cards with photos, roles, and family details; a day-by-day programme with time slots, activity types, venues, snippets, drag, reorder, and pasted schedules; and a map that auto-geocodes venues, draws OSRM driving routes, and shows distance and time for each leg.
Data-entry toolbox
Six ways to start or add information are shown: a structured intake brief; PDF, DOCX, or TXT file import with AI extraction; pasted tab-separated schedule rows; pasted email notes with AI ingest; copying programme and logistics from another trip; and four proven templates.
Reviewable AI assistance
Three AI workflows appear in sequence: generating a two-day Bengaluru school-search programme from one line; conversationally adding a Day 2 lunch near Indiranagar; and ingesting an HR relocation brief into fields for review before applying. The film describes Groq-powered generation in a British concierge tone using real venues, neighbourhoods, and durations, then names voice input through the Web Speech API, an agenda patch preview before apply, and formal, warm, or brief tone rewrites.
Quality gates
A readiness view moves from 62 to 100 percent while checking a share-ready checklist, PDF preflight, compliance rules, version snapshots, and undo-last-change. It moves from two items needing attention to a ready-to-send state.
Print-ready document output
A server-side Chromium PDF is presented as consistent across browsers, with three document themes and a cover QR linking to Trip Hub. The preview cycles through cover photo and logos, Programme at a Glance, Session Coverage, schedule with route maps, key locations and distances, area highlights, notes and emergency information, and the Trip Hub QR.
Delivery and control
The consultant can share the Trip Hub link, open a print view, send by email or WhatsApp, and revoke access. Three delivery cards show Trip Hub, a public print-view URL, and WhatsApp, followed by the workflow Draft, Ready for review, then Sent to client.
Assignee Trip Hub
The mobile-first PWA first shows Now, Next, and Later with weather, a countdown, the consultant profile, and one-tap call or WhatsApp. It then shows a collapsible day-by-day programme with PDF download, ICS calendar export, and a running-late SMS. The final view provides hotel, hospital, metro, and airport map links, a pre-arrival checklist, emergency number 112, and accessibility controls.
Family, Companion, and RMC partners
A reduced Companion view gives a spouse or family member the programme and contacts, including one-tap WhatsApp to the consultant. Alongside it, the film shows co-branded RMC-partner covers using the example “Coordinated by Aires · Managed by IKAN Talent Mobility”.
Five stakeholder experiences
Five role cards summarize the platform: consultants craft programmes through the hub, editor, AI, and PDF delivery; assignees use Today, Programme, Info, and Help in Trip Hub; families use Companion for schedule and contacts; operations sees portfolio metrics, city breakdown, and CSV export; and RMC partners receive co-branded PDFs managed by IKAN.
Operations visibility
An admin overview shows 84 active itineraries, 41 sent, and 17 this month, plus city bars for Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR. The accompanying claim includes portfolio and status visibility, recent updates, and CSV export for leadership.
