What IKAN runs on the ground in India

Four services, each on the family’s case.

Every one is run by IKAN’s own people in the city, and every step lands on the case your team and the family already use.

Group moves

Each family keeps its own plan and consultant. IKAN runs joint tour days for the group, keeps one shortlist of communities near the office, and keeps one calendar for everyone.

  • Joint tour days, planned once
  • One group report for HR
  • Each family on its own case

School search

IKAN shortlists schools by board and by the drive from each home on the shortlist, books the visits, and tracks every seat, fee and paper. Both parents see where each school stands in i-Navigate.

  • Visits booked with each school
  • Seats, fees and papers tracked
  • A School Search Report for HR

For every family renting a home.

Move in and move out desk

On move in day IKAN sends an inspector to record the home room by room in move.report. Every photo is sealed with its time, and the family and the landlord sign the record. At move out the same rooms are checked against it.

  • An inspector on move in day
  • A sealed, signed move in record
  • The same check at move out

  • A deposit sheet both sides sign
