Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of I-Tour by IKAN — accounts and access, acceptable use, your data, fees, and the usual legal protections. Written to be read, not just signed.
These Terms set out the rules for using I-Tour by IKAN. They cover how accounts and assignee access work, what you can and cannot do with the Service, who owns the data you put into it, and the standard commercial and legal protections for both sides. For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
- 01
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the I-Tour by IKAN service at itinerary.ikan.com (the "Service"), provided by IKAN Talent Mobility ("IKAN", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. Where a separate written agreement exists between IKAN and your organisation, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
- 02
Accounts and access
The consultant workspace is invite-only. Consultants and administrators sign in through enterprise single sign-on (Microsoft or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and for activity that occurs under your account.
Assignees access their Trip Hub through a consultant-issued secure link or an allow-listed email address. Secure links are personal to the assignee, time-limited, and must not be shared beyond the intended recipients.
- 03
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Access data or accounts that you are not authorised to access.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or content you have no right to process.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation, without our prior written permission.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to violate the privacy or rights of any individual.
- 04
Customer data
As between you and IKAN, you retain all rights to the programme, assignee, and other data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant IKAN a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights and notices to provide it to us. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- 05
Fees
I-Tour by IKAN is a paid product, licensed per consultant seat, with the assignee Trip Hub included for every published programme. Specific fees, billing terms, and any volume discounts are set out in your order or agreement with IKAN. Contact us for pricing. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- 06
Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that adversely affect active customers. Planned maintenance and incident status are communicated through our usual channels.
- 07
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and IKAN trademarks, is owned by IKAN and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by IKAN without restriction or obligation.
- 08
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party sub-processors (for example, for hosting, storage, and authentication) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
- 09
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including those on Customer Data, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will survive. Export and deletion of Customer Data on termination are handled in line with your agreement and our Privacy Policy.
- 10
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IKAN does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet every requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, IKAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any agreed liability cap in your order or agreement applies.
- 11
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your agreement with IKAN, or otherwise by the laws applicable to IKAN’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
